Naka Herbs Nutri B50 Complex High Potency Details

Naka Herbs Nutri B50 Complex High Potency is a one-capsule-a-day B complex at the B 50 level — each capsule carries 50 mg each of B1, B2, niacinamide, B6 and pantothenic acid, plus 1,000 mcg of folate, 250 mcg of B12, 60 mcg of biotin, and 50 mg each of choline and inositol. Ninety capsules is three months from one bottle, making this the simplest B complex Naka builds: no measuring, no serving split across the day.

Naka's case is that an inadequate supply of B vitamins brings stress, anxiety and fatigue with it, and that eight essential B vitamins plus choline and inositol promote the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins for energy production while helping maintain healthy nerves and immune system. Naka also states it supports cardiovascular health, assists in the formation of red blood cells, helps maintain healthy skin, hair, eyes and liver, and helps prevent neural tube birth defects. Made in Canada.

Who This B50 Capsule Is For

  • Anyone who wants a complete B complex from one capsule rather than a three-capsule routine
  • People who want a real 50 mg of B6 — the figure the B 50 name implies, and not every B 50 product delivers it
  • Shoppers for whom folate is the priority: 1,000 mcg in one capsule is the full amount
  • Those planning a pregnancy, which is the use Naka names for the folate in this formula
  • People who want niacinamide rather than nicotinic acid, so the flush is not part of the deal

Who this product is NOT for: Check the capsule shell first — it is gelatin from a bovine source, BSE free and halal certified, so this is not the B complex for anyone avoiding animal-derived ingredients. Naka Herbs Nutri B100 Complex uses a vegetable capsule and Naka Herbs Nutri B50 Complex Liquid has no capsule at all. If B12 is a large part of why you are buying a complex, 250 mcg of cyanocobalamin is the smallest B12 in Naka's complex range — the liquid sibling carries 1,000 mcg of methylcobalamin. And if you want activated forms across the panel, that is Naka Platinum Pro BioMax or Naka BioMax Methylated Liquid B-Complex.

Vitamart's Take

The reason to buy this one is the shape of it. One capsule, once a day, ninety days — that is the lowest-friction way into a B complex we stock from Naka, and it is a genuinely complete panel rather than a trimmed-down version of one. The B6 at a straight 50 mg and the folate at 1,000 mcg are both the amounts the B 50 name promises, which is worth saying because the liquid version of this same product does not match it on either.

The honest counterpoint is the forms. Thiamine hydrochloride, pyridoxine hydrochloride, folic acid and cyanocobalamin are the standard, lower-cost usable forms rather than the activated ones, and at 250 mcg the B12 is modest for a complex. Naka's own copy calls this formula higher in vitamin B12 than other products, which is hard to square with its liquid sibling carrying four times as much in the activated form — so we would not buy it for its B12. Buy it because one capsule a day actually gets taken.

How This B50 Capsule Compares

Naka's B complexes separate on three things — potency, which form of each vitamin is used, and how many capsules or millilitres a serving takes.

  • Versus Naka Herbs Nutri B50 Complex Liquid: Same name, different panel. The liquid carries four times the B12 as methylcobalamin; this capsule carries far more B6 and folate. Choose on which of those matters to you, and on whether you want to pour or swallow.
  • Versus Naka Herbs Nutri B100 Complex: Double the milligrams, still one capsule a day, with methylcobalamin B12 and a vegetable capsule. The step up if you have decided you want the high end.
  • Versus Naka Platinum Pro BioMax: Three capsules daily at B 100 potency, activated forms throughout, with adaptogenic herbs. Far more formula, and far more routine.
  • Versus a multivitamin: A multi covers vitamins A to K and the minerals, so its B amounts are a fraction of these.

What Does "B50" Actually Mean?

It is a naming convention, not a standard anyone enforces. The number refers to the milligram amount shared by the B vitamins that are dosed in milligrams — here B1, B2, niacinamide, B6 and pantothenic acid, all at 50 mg — and that is where its meaning stops. The three B vitamins the body needs in far smaller quantities are set independently by whoever formulated the product: this panel pairs its five 50 mg lines with 1,000 mcg of folate, 250 mcg of B12 and 60 mcg of biotin, and a different B 50 from another brand could pair the same five with completely different numbers.

That is why the number on the front of a B complex is a starting point for comparison rather than an answer. Naka's own range proves it: this capsule and the B50 liquid both carry the B 50 name, and their B12, B6, folate and biotin lines differ substantially. The practical move with any two B complexes is to read past the name to three lines — B12, folate and B6, each with its form — because those vary most between products wearing the same number.

How To Use

Adults: Take 1 capsule of Naka Herbs Nutri B50 Complex (High Potency) daily.

Frequently Asked Questions

➕ Is one capsule really a full B complex?
Yes — the panel is eight B vitamins plus choline and inositol, and the single capsule is the whole serving. There is no three-capsule routine to keep up with.
➕ Why is the B12 only 250 mcg?
That is what Naka's panel lists, as cyanocobalamin. It is the lowest B12 among Naka's complexes, so if B12 is your main reason for buying, the liquid B50 or a dedicated B12 is the better match.
➕ What is the capsule shell made of?
Gelatin, listed by Naka as BSE free, bovine source and halal certified. If you avoid animal-derived ingredients, the B100 complex's vegetable capsule or a liquid complex is the better route.
➕ Will the niacin make me flush?
The B3 here is niacinamide, the form chosen because it does not produce the warm skin flush that nicotinic acid can.
➕ Capsule or the B50 liquid — which should I pick?
The capsule has more B6 and folate and lasts three months; the liquid has four times the B12 in the activated form and suits anyone who will not swallow capsules.
➕ How long does one bottle last?
Ninety capsules at one a day is about three months — one of the longer runs among the B complexes we carry.
