A liquid electrolyte concentrate designed to be diluted into water, delivering magnesium, potassium and chloride from a ConcenTrace base. 120ml bottle, 60 servings.
The logic is ratios rather than dose size. A 2ml serving supplies 35mg magnesium, 120mg potassium, 325mg chloride and trace boron and sodium. None are large in isolation — the point is they are the electrolytes lost together in sweat and replaced in proportion.
The dilution instruction matters more than expected. It goes into 950ml of water, producing an isotonic solution similar to body fluids. Taken neat it is hypertonic, which can draw water into the gut rather than into circulation.
