The Prairie Naturals Prostate Protection Pack combines two men's formulas: Prost-Force (60 softgels) and Andro Force (60 softgels). Each Prost-Force softgel provides an 80 mg saw palmetto (10:1) liposterolic extract, 300 mg pumpkin seed oleoresin, 125 mg stinging nettle (4:1) extract, 10 mg pygeum, 12 mg vitamin B6, 10 mg zinc citrate and 0.25 mg lycopene. Each Andro Force softgel provides 125 mg Sensoril ashwagandha root and leaf extract, 150 mg rhodiola extract, 150 mg pumpkin seed oil, 100 mg stinging nettle root extract, 50 mg DIM, 50 mg vitamin B5 and 25 mg vitamin B6 (P-5-P). Both are softgels made with gelatin and beeswax.

How To Use

• Prost-Force: take 2 softgels once daily with food
