Macadamia Nut Oil is a unique and highly prized oil. Its naturally high smoke point (400- 450 F) allows for excellent cooking versatility and even helps to reduce the proportion of trans fatty acids. Macadamia Nut Oil also has a higher ratio of unsaturated fats to saturated fats (more than 4 to 1) than olive oil.
