Naka Herbs Nutri CURe Turmeric Liquid Details
Naka Herbs Nutri CURe Turmeric Liquid is a drinkable turmeric emulsified with organic sunflower oil, delivering 360mg of turmeric rhizome extract per 15ml at a 25:1 concentration — a quantity crude equivalent of 9,000mg of root, carrying 342mg of total curcuminoids — plus 1mg of BioPerine black pepper extract at 95% piperine. Natural orange flavour, 500ml per bottle at 15ml once daily. It is the only turmeric on this shelf you can stir into a glass of juice.
Naka's Nutri CURe contains BCM-95, which is a patent-pending synergistic blend of curcuminoids and essential oils from turmeric with enhanced bioavailability and extended retention time (vs. turmeric 95% extract) in the body confirmed by human clinical studies. Naka states that Nutri CURe has anti-inflammatory properties, provides antioxidants used to maintain good health, supports the liver (by increasing bile excretion), digestion and even helps to stimulate contraction of the gallbladder. Traditionally used in herbal medicine as a liver protectant. Made in Canada.

Who Nutri CURe Turmeric Liquid Is For
- Anyone who cannot or will not swallow capsules and softgels — this is the whole reason the format exists
- People who want a stated curcuminoid number rather than a percentage: 342mg in every spoonful
- Buyers who want BCM-95 specifically, with turmeric's essential oils kept alongside the curcuminoids rather than stripped out
- Those who prefer to adjust a dose by the spoonful instead of being locked to a fixed capsule size
- Anyone taking turmeric for the traditional uses Naka lists — anti-inflammatory, liver protectant, bile excretion, gallbladder contraction
Who this product is NOT for: A liquid is more work than a capsule — a spoon to wash, a bottle to store, a taste to get used to — so if you want the simplest routine, Naka Platinum Curcumin with BioPerine is one capsule a day instead. For the largest curcuminoid load per serving, the 450mg liposomal softgel goes higher. And 500ml is not a format to travel with.
Vitamart's Take
We stock this because the pill-avoider is a real customer and most turmeric shelves ignore them. It is also the honest answer for anyone who finds a large concentrated capsule sits badly: 15ml in juice behaves differently in the stomach than a dry 95% isolate. And the curcuminoid figure is given outright at 342mg per serving rather than left to be worked out from a percentage.
The trade-off is cost per day. A 500ml bottle at 15ml daily is about a month, where a 90-capsule bottle is three — so compare days, not bottles, before deciding the liquid is the lower-cost route, because it usually is not. Buy it for the format, not to save money.
How Nutri CURe Turmeric Liquid Compares
Naka makes several turmeric products and the decision is about delivery, since the plant is the same throughout. This is the only liquid.
- Versus capsules and softgels: Naka Platinum Curcumin and the 450mg softgel carry more curcuminoid per serving and last two to three months. Neither mixes into a drink.
- Versus a phytosome: Nutri CURe v2 with Meriva bonds curcumin to phospholipids for absorption at a much smaller dose, and adds Boswellia and olive leaf.
- Versus Longvida: Nutri CURe v3 uses an optimized curcumin built for free-form bioavailability, once daily.
- Versus whole root: Whole Root Turmeric is unconcentrated milled rhizome — the whole herb rather than a 25:1 extract.
What Does "Emulsified" Actually Do Here?
Curcuminoids are fat-soluble and water-hating. Drop them into a water-based liquid and they do what oil does in vinegar: clump, float and separate, and whatever settles at the bottom of the bottle never reaches your spoon. That is why most turmeric liquids either are not really liquids or carry a fraction of a capsule's dose. An emulsion is the way around it.
An emulsifier is a molecule with a water-friendly end and a fat-friendly end. Sunflower lecithin is the one used here: its fat-friendly ends face inward around each droplet of oil carrying the curcuminoids, while its water-friendly ends face outward into the water phase. The result is millions of oil droplets held in suspension rather than one layer sitting on top. Acacia gum and xanthan gum thicken the surrounding liquid so those droplets cannot drift together and re-separate, which is what keeps the dose even from the first spoonful to the last.
The consequence is that emulsifying work your small intestine would otherwise do with bile has partly been done already — and fat-soluble compounds are absorbed from fine droplets, so the finer the droplet, the more surface area the gut has to work with.
