1/2 scoop (5 g) in approx 180-250 mL water one to two times per day.

Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if: you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you have high blood pressure, glaucoma and/or overactive bladder syndrome. Avoid taking with health products or foods that contain caffeine and/or increase blood pressure (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, mate, bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra, ephedrine). This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. Caffeine has been show to reduce blood flow to the heart muscle during exercise which may lead to cardiovascular complications such as chest pain, and irregular heartbeat even in healthy individuals. If those symptoms occur, stop use and consult a health care practitioner. May cause stomach discomfort. May cause a flushing, tingling and/or prickling sensation of the skin, in which case, reduce the dose. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing.
