Nu-Life's catalogue splits in two. On one side is The Ultimate One, a multivitamin family sold by who it's for — Men, Women, Active Men, Active Women, Men 50+ and Women 50+ — in Trisorb caplets, usually in two- or four-month supplies. On the other is the Therapy line: single-purpose formulas named for their focus, like Iron Therapy, Bone Therapy, Joint Therapy and LGS Gut Therapy.

The Ultimate One multivitamins

This is the core of the range. Rather than one multivitamin for everyone, it's built around life stage and activity — an active formula for people training regularly, and 50+ versions for older adults. Compare them with our wider multivitamin selection, including adult multivitamins and active multivitamins.

The Therapy formulas

These are narrower products, each built around one area. Iron Therapy uses ferrous bisglycinate, a chelated form of iron that's gentler on the stomach, and Hemoplex pairs iron with a multi-mineral and vitamin C. The LGS Gut Therapy group covers probiotics, digestive enzymes and prebiotic fibre. Others focus on energy, bone density, joints or the prostate.
