Consider fresh herbal plant juices as whole foods in their own right; thus they can be taken at any time and between meals by themselves, which is the preferred method; however, in case of taking the juices for digestive complaints, use Artichoke, Dandelion, Fennel, Ginger, Yarrow, take them 15 minutes before meals.
As a general rule use one capful of juice 2 - 3 times per day between meals, or as suggested by your practitioner for your individual case. These fresh plant juices are potent therapeutic remedies, yet act gently on the stomach and digestion and they absorb easily and efficiently.
