Vitaclub Rewards is Vitamart's loyalty program that earns you points and exclusive perks with every purchase.

Simply register for an account at Vitamart and you are automatically a member of Vitaclub Rewards.

You are then already a member of Vitaclub Rewards and eligible for all the benefits of the program.

Yes! It’s completely free! There are no membership fees or hidden costs. It’s just our way of saying thank you for being a loyal customer!

There will be a variety of ways to earn points such as purchases, posting reviews, signing up for emails and more! The more points you earn, the higher your loyalty tier, which unlocks even more rewards and benefits.

Make sure you are logged into your account. At checkout there will be a payment option to apply Vitaclub points to your purchase. You need a minimum of 5,000 points to redeem for a reward.

Once you are logged in, your points will show in a variety of places such as next to your My Account icon, in your Account Details area, the Vitaclub Rewards page and in the checkout

1,000 points are worth $1 in Vitamart store credit. (Minimum to redeem is 5,000 points)

Yes, points expire after 12 months.

Yes, there are bronze, silver and gold Loyalty Tiers. As your yearly purchases add up you will qualify for higher tiers and additional benefits.

No, points cannot be shared or transferred to someone else.

It is up to you when to choose to redeem your points. You can save up your points for bigger savings on a future order, but just remember points expire after 12 months. (We will email you to remind you!)

Your points expiry date will show on your Vitaclub Rewards page. You will also receive email reminders before they expire.

If you make a return, the points you earned from the purchase will be deducted from your account.
