    Yummy

    It takes a bit to stir the oil into the pumpkin seed butter but the end result is good. Smooth texture that tastes great. My 5 and 7 year olds use this as a school safe alternative to almond butter. I now prefer it over almond butter

    I love this stuff !

    This is so much tastier than the Nuts to You butter (which is made with roasted pumpkin seeds). I believe Omega Nutrition uses raw seeds (although it doesn't say "raw" anywhere on the package). The Celtic Sea Salt is a nice flavour enhancer, and the consistency is perfect - not too stiff, not too runny. I had to give up nuts, so this product has been a blessing. It is a lot more expensive than peanut butter, but what can you do? Vitamart's regular price is the best I've found - their $13.97 sale price is a bargain.

    As with all natural nut/seed butters, this needs to be stirred first. The oil is reddish in colour - this is normal.
