    Great option !

    Finally I can take only one pill instead of three different ones to cover my needs. Less hassle, convenient, only one plastic bottle instead of three and less space taken in my cupboard. So, I am happy !!!

    Pills are too large.

    Not sure how effective any calcium supplement is but I take them just in case... These pills are bigger than other brands I've tried with the same amount of calcium and magnesium and are difficult to swallow so I won't buy this brand again.
