    great product for lung health

    I have been takin it with meals 3 times a day for at least a year now. It reduces my lung congestion by reducing phlegm. If I miss more than two doses in a row my phlegm gets thick and colorful, which is not good as it then gets stuck in the air passages making it hard to breathe. I take regular asthma meds too. I'm quite pleased with the product and it is priced affordably too.
