    great prenatal, great price

    Admittedly I was a bit skeptical about vitamins in which the brand logo is this lady's face, but I digress.

    I have tried a lot of pre-natal vitamins from the cheap ones to the pricey ones and these are by far my favourite because:

    - they are twice a day and not 3 times day

    - don't upset my stomach

    - are a reasonably sized coated pill as opposed to a giant chalky ones

    - price is good

    - they use the methyl form of b12 (which is better for those of us who don't absorb it well)
