        Great Formula

        I have sleep issues due to chronic pain caused by migraines & fibromyalgia. It is both difficult to fall asleep and importantly to stay asleep. I did not want to rely on prescribed sleeping pills. I researched supplements that induce sleep like Melatonin, Gabba, L-Theanine, 5-HTP, to name a few. Melatonin alone was the first I tried. It came in various forms from gummies to tablets, and dosages from 1 mg to 10 mg. I had common side-effects being strange dreams, even nightmares, the jitters & brain fog. Doing trial and error dosing on the other researched supplements did not feel appropriate due to their complexity. I came across this Webber formula of β€œMelatonin Plus”, that combined the three ingredients of Melatonin, L-Theanine & 5 HTP and decided to give it a try. The tablet is 3/4” in diameter and although no score line, it can be broken in half. I find I only need a half tablet and I fall asleep faster and usually stay sleeping for 5-6 hrs. before waking. I have used it for several years , with Dr. permission. The combination in this formula works very well for me. I hope they continue to manufacture this product.
