    best magnesium for me meilleur magnésium pour moi

    stop leg cramps and eliminate muscle spasms, restless leg syndrome, help to relax tense muscle. I did change with an other brand and all those symptoms came back. it seems i have trouble to adsorb my magnesium, but this one do the job.

J,ai essayé un autre marque et tous les symptomes sont revenus. Il semble que j'ai de la difficulté a absorber mon magnésium, mais celui ci fait le travail.

    Formulation , raw ingredient change?

    I have been using this products for 4 years, daily..... Great results until last fall. Recieved a bottle, pills were off colour... not like they use to be... contacted vitamart, they sent me a replacement. It was good, pills were the same bright white colour they have always been. Acouple months later, ordered another bottle, colour was off again. Withen week of taking, old pain, heart palps seem to return. Contacted Trophic, they said formulation had not changed. I tried bottle for almost a month, thought I would give it a chance... body was sore ... was not helping me. I decided on a different brand. Just recieived it... will give it a try.... I do like trophic products... I take others they make... its just the mag glycinate iam not happy with.... anyone else?

    Trophic Magnesium

    Good quality source of magnesium in a highly absorbable form. Since most of us are deficient in mag this is an efficient way to build up this absolutely essential mineral.
