      St. Francis Ashwagandha Details

      Traditionally used in Ayurveda as a Rasayana (rejuvenative tonic) to relieve general debility, especially during convalescence or old age; as a sleep aid; to balance aggravated Vata (nervine tonic, sedative); for memory enhancement.

      Ashwagandha is used for arthritis, anxiety, and insomnia. It is also a general tonic and "adaptogen", increasing resistance to environmental stress.

      Adults: Take 2.66 ml (80 drops) of St. Francis Ashwagandha 3 times daily in a little water before meals.

        Adrenal Problems and Stress.

        Found this product years ago and since then has helped with 'Adrenal' problems. As a Veteran with PTSD, Adrenal Fatigue can cause all sorts of issues, particularly adding to extreme anxiety/panic attacks. Using this helps to mitigate those symptoms and environmental stress overall. Product also helps in context of aging, which of course further impacts kidney/adrenal gland functioning.

        Great product!

        I have suffered from extreme adrenal fatigue in the past, and this product is a must have! I don't ever want to be without it. I am so grateful to Vitamart for offering this product at a price that I can afford, because I very much need it. I don't ever want to go off of it.
