    Fair, At Best.

    This product doesn't mix well at all. Even after minutes of stirring a scoop into my coffee, I still had small white lumps everywhere. When I open the plastic lid, the collagen powder becomes airborne, leaving a white film on the counter, my cup, my shirt. A total waste. If the powder comes into contact with water on the counter, your fingers etc. it congeals into a sticky paste that requires soap and mild scrubbing to remove. When I rinse out my cup, the small white lumps stick to the bottom of the sink, requiring removal with paper towel and hot water. Messy, expensive and time consuming, I will not reorder again.

    Good but not as good as grass fed collagen

    The Sproos marine collagen is a good collagen supplement but it does not mix quite as well as their grass fed version. I would not order this next time and just use the grass fed version. It does not seem to have any taste though.

    It works

    Mixes best in hot I added to coffee similar to adding coffeemate. No fish taste. Notice improvement with cracking skin and corners of mouth.

    Collagen

    I 'bulletproof' my daily morning coffee with this collagen. It dissolves well yet leaves a bit of froth on top which I love, and it is tasteless. It's a great way to add a protein (that is low in calories) to start the day.
