Reviewing Orders

 

Login to your Vitamart.ca account and click “MY ACCOUNT” in the top right corner. Then click the “Order History” tab and you will see all your previous orders.

 

Change Product

 

On account of us shipping out your order very shortly after it is placed there is very little time to change or cancel an order after it has been placed. If you placed an order that you want to cancel or change please CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY (Preferrably by phone) and we will do our absolute best to help you.

 

Change Address

 

Login to your account then click “MY ACCOUNT” in the top right corner. Then click the “Order History” tab and you will see all your previous orders. Locate your order and click the orange “Modify Address” button under the Status column to change your address. If you see no orange “Modify Address” button and your order status is set to “Complete” your order has been already shipped. Need more help? CONTACT US
