OUR DEDICATED BAKERY

No more reading labels and being disappointed at warnings of allergen traces or possible contact with them. Our bars and cookies are made with specially selected ingredients that have themselves been produced to be free of priority allergens.

In addition, our staff of trained bakers work diligently in our dedicated facility to ensure the top nine priority allergens are never allowed on site.

Everything that comes through our doors and leaves our bakery is managed and tested to protect you, your family and your friends living with these common food allergies. Why? Because we believe you deserve to share the joy of delicious treats without the worry!

OUR NATURAL INGREDIENTS

Unhealthy fillers here? No way! We’re careful to leave out the artificial fillers that some gluten- and allergen-free products include to lower costs or make up for lack of flavour. Our treats simply don’t need them, and we think you’ll agree.

What about highly processed sweeteners? You won’t find them in FreeYumm! With so many health issues associated with highly processed sweeteners and cane sugars, we choose to use natural, unprocessed sweeteners. In fact, you won’t find any fillers, refined sugars, or preservatives in our bars or cookies.

Three delicious flavours....

Double Chocolate! There is only one thing better than a chocolate chip cookie…. And that’s a double chocolate cookie! Made with whole oats, organic coconut palm sugar and ethically/sustainably produced natural cocoa and chocolate chips. So relax and enjoy, because this satisfying cookie will put a smile on your face!

Banana Maple! Banana what? … Banana MAPLE?!! We don’t use banana flavoring (blech). We don’t use maple flavoring (yucky). We use real bananas. We use real pure maple syrup. We then toss in some whole oats and organic vanilla, but the yummy part that we should mention is… the banana and maple part.

Ginger! We wanted to call these cookies Ginger Snaps. But the problem is that they don’t snap. Instead they are a lovely, soft and gingery mouthful with a hint of molasses. Packed with the wholesome goodness of whole oats and ground flax. So simple. So yummy.
