Omega Alpha Stinging Nettle Details

This product is a 1:1 Extract (100 g per 100 ml) of Stinging Nettle (Urtica dioica) in a 100 ml base of 20% ethanol and 80% distilled water. Although more care is needed for proper extraction, the lower than normal alcohol content preserves the active ingredients in each of the herbs. This promotes maximum activity.

Used in herbal medicine as a nutritive tonic, diuretic, supportive therapy to help relieve rheumatic complaints, and to help relieve seasonal allergy symptoms.

Recommended Uses

Take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) of Omega Alpha Stinging Nettle 1-2 times per day. Can be mixed with juice or water. Shake well before use.
