NOW Super Enzymes, Capsules

I have determined that I may have epi (Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency) as i seem to have some of the rather obvious symptoms, and not much else of the many enzymes and supplements I have tried has helped much.. This is one of the very few digestive enzyme supplements I have found that contain the Pancreatin mix: 14X plus HCL. I have found this to be excellent for helping proper digestion and normalize what I've thought for years was a form of IBS-D (which annual physical check-ups by medical Dr. had not diagnosed). I have also been taking (recently), the Flora Ultimate Critical Care Probiotic, one just before bed time. So far, this seems to be working very well. I figured out that I had Gut Dysbiosis with candida, constipation, heavy feeling after a big meal, low energy. Right after starting taking these with every meal I had detox symptoms, tired groggy, dizzy feelings. This dissipated after a couple weeks and I started gaining weight.

I had went down to 145 lbs from about 160 because I was on a candida diet and had eliminated many foods. I gained about 5 lbs pounds working out in the gym after about 6 weeks on them. I am 65 years old.

I think the enzymes were digesting a build up of candida or SIBO or something, who knows what. My wife took them as well and didn't notice anything at all but she is not sick. My Doctor doesn't know anything about this other than to write prescriptions for drugs that got me into this problem in the first place.
