      As a dietary supplement, take NOW Liquid Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM 1 tablespoon (15 mL) twice daily. Consider taking this product in combinatioin with NOW® Celadrin and D-Flame.

        Now liquid glucosamine

        This goes into your joints through the synovial fluid so it should be taken maybe an hour before exercise - do not take it before bed! Works as advertised, this is not a pain killer and so it doesn't give instant results. You need to give it at least 1 or 2 months for max effect.

        Too much sugar

        I like the fact that this product is liquid but here is too much sugar in this product. Will go back to buying no-taste, easy to take, pill format
