NOW Brewers Yeast Powder Details

  • Reduced Bitterness

 Brewer's Yeast is an excellent source of protein and several B-vitamins.  It is produced by cultivation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae on malted barley in the production of beer.  After fermentation, the yeast is separated from the beer, roller dried and debittered.

 

Take two tablespoons of NOW Brewer's Yeast Powder, 1lb (16 g) daily mixed in milk, cereal or  juice.  Also add to cooking and bakery recipes to boost nutritional content.  Consider taking this product in combination with NOW® Lecithin and Flax Meal.Consider taking these other NOW® products: Lecithin 1200 mg - 100 Gels, Flax Seed Meal - 10 lbs. - Organic

    Still bitter

    I used this product to make lactation cookies and it still has quite a bitter taste to it which I didn't like. However it did help increase my breast milk supply which is great. I would say use less that whatever the recipes say to use for baked goods as you will definitely get a bitter after taste.

    Excellent Quality with Great Price

    It is great relaxing mix product.

    You can test the quality and feel that as well.

    Personally I mix brewer's yeast with cold water and some sugar.

    It is great deal for the price.
