Raspberry leaves are beneficial to women at all stages of life. It is naturally high in magnesium, potassium, iron and B-vitamins. It is beneficial for the female reproductive system as it strengthens the uterus and pelvic muscles. It has been found to shorten labor in pregnant women.

Shepherd’s purse herb regulates and reduces excessive menstrual flow.
