Jamieson Echinacea 4,000 mg is a high potency, premium formula of pure Echinacea purpurea. Echinacea has been used traditionally in herbal medicine to fight off upper respiratory tract infections, relieve cold symptoms, and shorten the duration of colds and flu.

Adults: Take 1 softgel daily at the first sign of infection. Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 2 months. Store between 15 °C – 25 °C, away from children.

    Excellent product, great for colds, plugged ducts, studies show safe in pregnancy!

    I selected not applicable cos they didn't have an option for "took multiple times a day bit only when coming down I'll and for a few days at a time". Should not be taken every day except while ill for up to 7 days max, possibly just 5

    It boosts energy in the sense that if I'm burnt out from a cold, taking enough will perk me up fairly quickly. I take this at the first sigh of cold, 1-4 capsules at a time depending on how bad I feel. I have found any time an illness starts to kick in this helps a lot. I take with Vitakin C (to bowel tolerance, 3-10,000 mg a day) zinc, D3, and quercetin amd elderberry, during illness, but only take this for 5 days at a time, no more than 7 I believe as this works better in short bursts. Elderberry can he taken all the time, but this is for earliest symptoms and for a few days
