Myth #1: My hand, grip and forearms get enough work from training larger body parts such as back and arms

    "I've been using this product for a month so far and I love it. Especially useful when training biceps, the thicker bar increases the impact on the forearms which helps build stronger grip, stronger forearms. I've always love to use thick bars but the gym where I train doesn't have any so I'm using this a lot and the results are outstanding so far. Also there's a feel of quality to it which is important in the gym where everything you use must be sturdy and safe to use. Another positive aspect to it is it's made in Canada!

    I think it is a bit expensive for 2 rubber tubes but compared to other similar products on the market it seems like a fair price; also I couldn't come up with a solution by myself so it remains a great buy."
