Healthy Oils

Healthy Oils can be used for a variety of benefits including: helping with skin problems, supporting normal cognitive health, brain development, mental acuity, cardiovascular health, and mood, preventing joint pain and inflammation, balancing hormones, and healthy Immune function. In addition, some oils, such as MCT oil have thermogenic effects, which increase the metabolism.

Omega 3-6-9 oils are known as essential fatty acids.  “Essential” means that the body does not produce the fatty acids on its own and therefore they must be taken in through the diet.  Most people in North America are deficient in omega-3 fatty acids, due to our diet, which is why supplementation with these healthy oils is important. 

In addition, we also carry various cooking oils, such as coconut oil, massage oil and aromatherapy oils.
