Put ½-1 teaspoon of DōMatcha™ in a large cup or a drinking bowl and add a small amount of hot water. Whisk in a quick, light zig-zag motion until a layer of green froth appears on the surface. Add more water if desired. DōMatcha™ can be used for ‘thin’ or ‘thick’ Matcha.

    The best Organic Ceremonial Matcha Green Tea ever

    I had tried so many kinds of Organic matcha green tea and finally I found Domatcha. I don’t think I will try another brand unless Domatcha changes the taste or quality.

    I mix 1/2 tsp of matcha green tea in a cup of warm water and enjoy it every morning. The taste is not strong and left a little bit of sweet taste in the throat. The color is bright green and one of the most things I am addicted to this brand is the lovely sweet smell. I smell it every time before I mix it into the water. It boosts energy for all day long and also helps to loose some weight too.

    Very good ceremonial grade matcha tea

    I’m very happy with DO Matcha green tea. It’s very nice tasting so my morning thermos of green tea is enjoyable. I heat water to just under boiling, add it and 1/2 tsp of the tea to my green tea shaker bottle, shake lightly, release the pressure and pour into my thermos. Matcha needs to be mixed with a matcha whisk or a tea shaker. I take it to work and drink it in the first hour or so of my day before having breakfast. I like to know I’m getting the anti-oxidants of a good quality matcha green tea. For those familiar with ceremonial matcha, you know the can is tiny, but it lasts me quite a while and still works out much cheaper than anything from a drive through. It’s very easy on my stomach and I feel much better when I drink this in place of coffee.
