HISTORY
Spikenard has grown on the world’s tallest mountain range, the Himalayans, for eons. Also called Nard, it is considered sacred and is an integral part of India’s Ayurvedic tradition. It was used as a luxury perfume in Ancient Egypt, the Middle East and Ancient Rome.
Topical (Adults): Mix 1 to 2 drops in ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) of vegetable oil.
