True Lavender essential oil is used in aromatherapy for its relaxant properties (sedative, calming, nervine) to help relieve nervousness, irritability and worry and to help with sleep.

HISTORY

Lavender – True (Provence-1200m), Fine Lavender or Lavender officinalis, grown in Provence, is without a doubt the jewel in the crown of modern aromatherapy. In addition to an extremely pleasing scent, True Lavender essential oil is tolerated well by most and is highly effective.

Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops of Divine Essence Lavender to a bowl of steaming hot water/facial steam machine. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
