Citrus Paradisii
Grapefruit - white essential oil is used in aromatherapy to help relieve stress and nervous exhaustion as well as to help relieve edema. Reduces the appearance of cellulite.
Topical (Adults) Mix 1 to 4 drops in 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil; apply to the affected area 3 times a day. Inhalation (Nervous syst.) Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.

If nausea, dizziness, headache or allergic reactions occur, discontinue use. Do not use on inflamed skin or if suffering from dermatitis. Avoid exposing treated area to sunlight for 24h to 48h after application. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist.
