Anethum Graveolens
Dill essential oil is used in perfumery for its pleasant, aniseed scent.
HISTORY
Dill is an annual plant with a smooth stem that can grow 80 to 150 cm tall. Its fresh or dried leaves are commonly used as a spice to season salads, fish, meats and sauces, and its seeds are used to spice liqueurs and jams. The essential oil is obtained by steam distilling its seeds.
Topical (Adults): Mix 1 to 2 drops in 2 tbsp (30ml) of vegetable oil. 1ml ≈ 20 drops.
