Elleteria Cardamomum

Cardamom essential oil is used in aromatherapy for its carminative and antispasmodic action to help relieve digestive discomfort as well as to help relieve cough and cold symptoms.

HISTORY

Cardamom seeds are largely used in the cuisines of many cultures: Indian, Middle Eastern and Asian, to name a few. The seeds lend a pleasant fragrance to various dishes. Cardamom is also known for its medicinal properties.

Topical (Adults) Mix 1 to 2 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) of vegetable oil; apply to the affected area 3 times a day. Inhalation Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
