From time to time, we offer coupon codes and other various discounts. For the most part all coupons are sent out through our email list so if you wish to get discounts and specials offers make sure to register for our email list. If you have never shopped at Vitamart.ca before we offer a coupon code for $5 off your first purchase which you can register for on the homepage.
To redeem a coupon code simply enter the code into the Coupon Code box which is located on the Checkout page where you enter your address or select your shipping speed. The discount will apply to the subtotal and a new discounted subtotal will be generated after you press the orange "Click to Submit Coupon" button.
You must apply your coupon before completing your order to be able to take advantage of the savings and current offer.
One of these two suggestions solve 99% of coupon issues.
1. Check your junk/spam folder as the coupon might have snuck in there
If both of those didn’t work please CONTACT US and we can take care of the issue for you.
- Be sure there are no empty spaces before or after the coupon
- Triple check the spelling of the coupon
- Verify the expiry date of the coupon code
- Verify you qualify for the coupon
- Check again to ensure you are entering the coupon code in the right place & pressing the orange “Submit Coupon Code” button

The first time customer coupon is valued at $5 to $20 off of your FIRST order only!
If your coupon is one based on a sale, double check to see exactly what is discounted as only certain products in your cart might be discounted, not the whole thing.
Almost every promotional coupon applies to the single unit Vitamart.ca prices not the volume buying in multiple discounts. Also if products are bundled they are already discounted and won’t be discounted again by a coupon.
