Overview has an opening for an E-Commerce Manager position. Reporting directly to the COO, this is an incredible opportunity to manage our website operations during our rapid growth while optimizing our e-commerce performance for both new and existing products within a retail environment.


You will be part of the E-Commerce team and responsible for executing the items from the E-Commerce strategy.


There will be strong focus on: Email Marketing Management (Email focus - Putting together and sending emails), On-site Marketing Management (Promotions, banners, BOGO’s, Samples, GIft with Purchase..etc), Site Maintenance & Data Integrity (updating/adding products), Loyalty (sample and loyalty program management), SEO Savvy (on-site) and Inbound Marketing Management (Content strategy execution - Uploading blog articles and website content). Ultimately everything related to managing the day to day operations of the website will be your responsibility.

The person who will be successful in this position:


  1. Loves E-Commerce

  3. Has experience with Magento and isn’t intimidating at managing tens of thousands of SKU’s




  • Is a data driven and looks at the numbers to make fact based decisions
  • Aligns with our core values of Service, Integrity, and Results Matter
  • Holds customer happiness as the ultimate focus in online retail
  • A solid competence when it comes to email marketing and customer segmentation
  • Has a significant experience with Magento 2 and Dot Mailer (Or equivalent enterprise level email marketing software)
  • Has “hustle” and a “get results” mentality
  • Support the delivery of the online vision by focusing on customer happiness and how it relates directly to sales of the business
  • Understands and can execute successful online retail growth strategies
  • Is a leader, can execute and doesn’t require lots of direction once clear communication of accountabilities are identified.
  • Well versed in online retail KPI”s and is able to diagnose and take action to improve them
  • Be familiar with the brand and ideally have purchased or used some of our products
  • Results matter to to them and expects to be evaluated and rewarded based on results and performance



  • End to end website Data Integrity for 10,000+ SKU’s
    • Adding/Updating products (graphics, nutrition facts, pricing, category...etc)
    • Adding/Updating Blog Content
    • Adding/Updating banners, promotional content
  • Manage Email List
    • Assemble email content
    • Send emails
    • Help Segment Email List
  • Manage Sample/Loyalty Program
  • Approving Reviews and Blog Comments
  • Follow a marketing/sales calendar and execute your assigned tasks
  • Overseeing all creative work across the website to ensure that it is consistent with the Brand
  • Oversee, optimize and work with various areas of business including: Customer Service, Warehouse Operations, Social Media, Purchasing
  • Work with our marketing team to help create promotions to our customer database through general and segmented marketing
  • Execute online merchandising activities and promotions to achieve sales target
  • Establish new business processes to support E-Commerce merchandising team to support growth of the online business
  • Quality and relevance of on-site search, navigation and product content
  • Monitors the sales performance of their area on a daily, weekly and monthly basis using relevant metrics and reporting to ensure growth is optimized
  • Ensure category SEO and content strategies are in place resulting in sales and profit

Employment Details:

  • This is a Full-Time Permanent position
  • Salary is based on experience/past results and in addition a performance bonus will be paid based on successful growth
  • A desk available at our Oakville office however we offer work from home options



  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, eCommerce or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in leadership marketing/eCommerce roles, especially in retailing consumer products (bonus points if related to health industry)
  • Minimum 3 years in online, e-commerce, and digital marketing
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in specialty or mass market retail preferred
