Triphala
Triphala: is an ancient Ayurvedic formula combining Amlalaki, Bibhitaki and Haritaki fruits. Triphala literally translates as ‘three fruits’. Amalaki fruits are likened to gooseberries and are produced from small trees that are native throughout India.
