Mood imbalance and associated disorders have become increasingly common worldwide. Various factors can contribute to mood imbalances, such as food and environmental factors, age, occupation, as well as previous illnesses and surgeries. Although anxiolytic, antidepressant medications and sedatives are available for these ailments in allopathic medicine, these medications are associated with less desirable side effects. A natural therapeutic approach is thus preferred. Several herbs have been used in traditional medicine and have been studied clinically for their benefits in the management of mood imbalances.

Calm SAP is a synergistic formulation of key evidence-based botanicals that can help promote healthy mood balance and relieve sleep disturbances. Calm SAP can help relieve nervousness (calmative/sedative effect).

Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily or as directed by your health‑care practitioner.

For improved benefits: Take 1 capsule twice daily of Mood Support SAP in combination with 1 softgel of Lavendar SAP daily with food.
Consult a health‑care practitioner for use beyond 18 weeks. Use for a minimum of 1 week to see beneficial effects.

Warnings

Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks. Consult health practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, if you are pregnant or breast feeding, if you are taking carbidopa or drugs/supplements with serotonergic activity. These may include (but not limited to) L-tryptophan, S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe), St.John's Wort, antidepressants, pain killers, over the counter cough and cold medication containing dextromethorphan, anti-nausea, medication and anti-migraine medication. Discontinue use and consult health care practitioner if you show signs of weakness, oral ulcer, or abdominal pain accompanied by severe muscle pain or if you experience skin changes.
