How to Enter:
- You can officially enter anytime before January 31, 2011
- In order to be eligible you must have your "After" photo's submitted before April 30, 2011
- In the email subject line, write: "RIPPED FREAK CONTEST ENTRY"
- Include your full name, address, email and telephone number
- Attach at least ONE full length BEFORE photo of yourself (hold a newspaper to prove the date)
- Attach at least ONE full length AFTER photo of yourself (hold a newspaper to prove the date)
- In 300 words or less, explain why you feel you should be the winner of the 2011 RIPPED FREAK / VitaMart.ca Transformation Contest.
- After April 30th 2011, we will select the 10 most dramatic transformations as finalists, and then from there the overall winner will be chosen.
- The top 10 finalists will all receive a prize package courtesy of PharmaFreak Technologies!
- The overall winner will receive a PharmaFreak prize package AND be featured on the Vitamart.ca and RippedFreak.com websites!
