    A great product

    Something about this Vit C product is just right for me. I need a lot of extra Vit C, partly just because that's how my body works, and also partly because of recovery from various things. This product really helps me keep up with my body's Vit. C needs.

    I think the powder form helps the Vit. C absorb better into my system. It's also easy to vary the amount because it's in powder form. Sometimes I take it by putting some on a spoon and just popping it in my mouth (It's got a tangy Vit C flavour which I don't mind even in the unflavoured version) or it's easy to add to a drink and mix it in. I even use with on my skin to help with scar healing (I add some of the powder to olive oil or Vit E and make a paste and apply to the skin and cover, great for scar healing, once the skin has closed).

    Effective, good quality, lots of options on how to take it. And I find a single bottle actually lasts a long time, so good value, too.
