PVL XtraVol Recommended Use
Use 1 scoop (16g) per training day with 250-500ml of water, shake and enjoy; sip prior to and during exercise

Mix 1 scoop (18g) with 375-500ml of water, and drink 30-45 minutes before exercise. For maximum dispersion, mix with warm water. Enjoy another serving immedately after training. On non-training days, have 1 serving between breakfast and lunch, or between any other 2 meals. Better reults are obtained when XtraVol is taken without other food.
