1. How do your prices compare to other health stores?

We urge you to compare prices and more importantly we urge you to compare overall value you get. We are usually the cheapest on the web and up to 50% cheaper than gyms, health stores, supermarkets and drugstores. Be sure to compare on a per serving basis as many sizes we sell are overall larger than what is sold in regular stores. Also, factor in shipping costs which is free on Vitamart.ca orders over $49. Note that our free shipping is so fast you usually get your order quicker compared to many other sites when factoring processing AND shipping times.

On top of that we are one of the only sites that has a Sample and Free Gift Selector. Depending on your order total you can choose up to 3 Free Samples and a Gold Level Free Gift such as a gym bag on your order!

2. What is the Sales Tax?

We charge the proper sales tax based on the province we will be shipping your package to.

3. Do you have Coupon Codes?

From time to time, we offer coupon codes and other various discounts. For the most part all coupons are sent out through our email list so if you wish to get discounts and specials offers make sure to register for our weekly sales email.

4. Do you accept Manufacturers Coupons?

Yes, we do! Vitamart.ca accepts manufacturer's coupons for all supplements that we sell. Manufacturer's coupons should be scanned and emailed (email address on the contact us page) to us before you place your order. Once we receive them you will be sent a coupon code for the exact amount of the coupon which will expire on the set expiration date of the coupon. (please allow 7-10 business days for processing)

5. Do you match Canadian competitors pricing?

For the most part we don't. Not because we don't want to offer you the best price, but typically the majority of the health supplement websites on the internet are not active sites that are selling and haven't been updated in months or even years. We change our prices constantly to ensure you are getting the best deal and on occassions where things like the world cost of protein powder goes up and we have to change our prices, we will not match a store's price that has basically forgotten about their website.

In instances where there is a legimate store offering a legimate deal or special, we will always consider matching the price and is on a case by case basis. We feel that overall we offer the best shopping experience (price + service + shipping time) and provide the best value on the internet, which isn't always realized by the product price alone.

6. Do you match US online competitors pricing?

While offering very competitive prices is a very important aspect of our offering, it definitely isn't the only part of the overall value we provide.  While other stores can sometimes offer a better price on certain products, they can never deliver a better overall value or shopping experience than Vitamart.ca
