    Keeps you pooping

    It says you can have two scoops in your cereal, but that will set it like cement. Instead, I put a scoop in hot water and chug it like a frat boy. It has no real flavour, and you can pretend you’re drinking sawdust. Keeps you pooping like a normal human being.
