Should I start with the full dose if I've never taken MusclePharm Shred Matrix before?

Great question! If you have never taken Shred Matrix, or any similar product, you might want to assess your tolerance because Shred Matrix does contain mild stimulants such as caffeine. To do so, start by taking 3 capsules daily, preferably 30-45 min before breakfast or lunch. After assessing tolerance, adjust dosage as needed. If you would like to increase the dosage, adjust by 1 capsule every 2-3 days until desired dosage and effect is reached (i.e. 4 caps twice daily, 5 caps twice daily, etc.).

Can I take more than the recommended dosage?

Although we recommend taking 3 capsules of Shred Matrix twice daily, you may decide that you want to increase the dosage. However, we do not recommend going beyond 6 capsules twice daily.
