    Effectiveness

    I have dealt with low iron levels for several years. Unable to donate blood. One pill a day solved my problem and my doctor is very happy with my progress. I use several Vanderhaeghe supplements because they are good value and good quality.

    Excellent Product

    I was having extreme fatigue during my menstrual cycle and finding if I went to the gym I would be exhausted the rest of the day. I had my iron level checked and learned it was only 14. I started taking ironsmart with dinner combined with a good quality vitamin C for absorption. One week later my level was 24. I’ve been taking this for a couple months now and I feel my energy has returned to normal. It has not caused me any negative side effects like stomach upset or constipation. I am very happy with this product and will continue to use it. Thank you Lorna!

    Wonderful product

    I started using the liquid version of Ironsmart years ago. I had very heavy bleedng from my periods, and as a result, the low levels of iron in my body caused me to be very tired. So bad it was an effort to simply be on my feet. After only days of using Ironsmart, I noticed a big difference. My energy came back, my colour came back, the dark circles under my eyes reduced greatly. Good product, easy to take and I didn't experience any side effects. My daughters also both use this product, with good results. Will definitely continue purchasing it.

    Great product

    My iron was very low and ferritin down to only 3. After doing some research I found that taking these capsules between meals and with vitamin C to help absorption is key to raising levels. I was up to normal iron and ferritin in six months. And I have no adverse side effects! I'm still taking it two years later to keep levels normal.

    Ironsmart works!

    I have very low iron, 7, down from 15 in 2 years. I have taken other supplements but didnt notice much difference in my low energy and a large amount of hair loss in my tub after my shower. Luckily I have lots of hair!I have been regularly using the pill form of ironsmart for a month now and I have just noticed my hair loss has reduce signifiicantly! I will wait another month or so before I go return for more iron testing but I def feel its made a difference. None of the side effects that taking extra iron may cause either
