You can. OMEGA•OIL is a product that any healthy adult can use.

What other FUSION BODYBUILDING® supplements can I use OMEGA•OIL with?

OMEGA•OIL can be combined with any FUSION BODYBUILDING supplement.

Why is OMEGA•OIL a better choice than other EFA products?

Unlike many other EFA supplements, OMEGA•OIL uses an exceptional three-fish blend, and fish oil has been scientifically shown to trigger the most rapid increase of key EFA components in the blood. OMEGA•OIL can help you hit your bodybuilding peak.

What are the different types of fats, and why are some essential?

Everyone talks about fats and how they affect your health – good fats, bad fats, trans fats, saturated fats, mono- and poly-unsaturated, essential fatty acids and non-essential, omega-3, -6 and -9 … it can all be a bit confusing. So which fats do you need to be healthy? (And yes, you actually do need fats for good health.)

Bad types of fats

Trans fats: These are the worst kind of fat for your body. While some trans fats occur naturally in trace amounts in meat and dairy products, most are artificially created. By subjecting unsaturated fats to a process called hydrogenation, they’re turned into trans fats. This process is done to raise the fat’s melting point for use in baking and to extend the products’ shelf life. It used to be primarily used for margarines and shortenings.

Saturated fats: These are a very unhealthy type of fat that has been linked to heart disease. They’re called saturated fats because their structure is saturated with hydrogen atoms. This type of fat results in fatty materials building up on the artery walls. Some foods that have a high percentage of saturated fat include dairy products, animal fats such as lard and fatty meat, coconut oil, cottonseed oil, palm kernel oil, chocolate and some prepared foods. Because of the high protein intake of the typical bodybuilder’s diet, this is a type of fat bodybuilders should concern themselves with.

Good types of fats

Unsaturated: This type of fat is called unsaturated because its structure isn’t saturated with hydrogen atoms. This category includes both monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats.

Within the polyunsaturated group is a type of fat called omega-3. Omega-3 fat is important to the healthy functioning of your body and has been shown to have a wide variety of health benefits. Omega-3s are considered an essential fatty acid, or EFA. They’re essential because your body requires them to function, but unlike other types of fat, your body cannot create EFAs. The only way your body can get omega-3 fat is through your diet. Good sources of omega-3s include fish, seeds and nuts. The problem is that most people don’t consume enough omega-3s; therefore supplementation is required.

Should my OMEGA•OIL smell like fish?

Even though the special blend of three-fish oil in every OMEGA•OIL capsule undergoes a special molecular distillation process, your capsules may have a slight fish smell. This is natural.

I’ve read about other fish-oil supplements going rancid. Should I be concerned about OMEGA•OIL?

FUSION BODYBUILDING strives to provide only the highest quality products and has never had a case of rancid capsules. However, omega-3 oils are susceptible to oxidation by their very nature. To counteract this and stabilize the oil in OMEGA•OIL capsules, FUSION has added vitamin E. If you have any concerns that your pill is rancid, there is a simple test. Carefully cut a capsule open and taste a small amount of the oil. If the oil is rancid, it will taste absolutely foul, far above and beyond the pungent taste of pure fish oil. If this is the case, please let FUSION BODYBUILDING know. To prevent any oil from going bad, it is important not to store it in a warm location and to use it in a timely manner. Every bottle of OMEGA•OIL has an expiry date that should be adhered to.

The Science Behind OMEGA•OIL

While there are dozens of EFA supplements out there, only OMEGA•OIL® was formulated specifically for bodybuilders. OMEGA•OIL is an advanced omega-3 EFA formula consisting of a special blend of three fish oils that can help you reach your goals.

Less Joint and Muscle Inflammation and Pain

Training hard causes inflammation and can cause delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), which results in stiffness, swelling, strength loss and pain. That can destroy your training routine. Studies show that by taking omega-3 fatty acids, you’ll have less inflammation,1,2 better blood flow3 and a better range of motion,4 so you can get back to hitting the weights even sooner.

Improved Insulin Response
Several studies5,6,7 have shown that omega-3 fatty acid supplementation can help prevent and lower insulin resistance, making the body more sensitive to the effect of insulin. Insulin has been shown to help glucose enter muscle cells, which stimulates glycogen formation. Glycogen provides energy and muscle growth and also staves off body fat storage. Insulin also prevents the breakdown of muscle protein.

More Intense Workouts
A scientific study has shown that taking fish oil helps you transport and utilize oxygen better during workouts. It also keeps you from hitting the respiration wall, where your body forces you to breathe heavily.8 This allows workouts to be longer and more intense so you can see bigger gains.

Protects Your Muscle
Omega-3 supplementation has been shown to preserve lean body mass, such as your muscles. In one study, those who didn’t take it “lost significant amounts of fat-free mass.”9 You worked hard for your muscle, and you need to protect it.

Burns Fat
Omega-3 fatty acids have been shown to help reduce body fat by up to 44 percent.6 What’s more, they not only burn fat but also combat the storing of new fat.10

Boosts Your Brain
You can also grow your brain and feel happier with the help of omega-3 fatty acids. They have been scientifically shown to increase mood quality and promote brain cell growth.11,12 Sufficient omega-3 consumption allows the membranes around the nerves in your brain to be more responsive to incoming signals, allowing the brain to respond faster.

OMEGA•OIL EFAs are of the best source and quality.
EFAs and omega-3 oils can come from a number of sources, including flax seeds and fish oil. But all sources of EFAs are not the same. OMEGA•OIL uses a special blend of three types of fish oil, and fish oil has been scientifically shown to trigger the most rapid increase of key EFA components in the blood13 – much faster than flax oil, even when fish oil is given at a lower dose. The key ingredients in OMEGA•OIL get into your system sooner so you can reap the benefits of omega-3 supplementation faster.

And you never have to worry about the quality of OMEGA•OIL because we use a special molecular distillation process. This process removes all the PCBs, metals and other destructive toxins that can build up in the oils harvested from fish.

Benefit #1: Fusion Omega-Oil can help reduce inflammation in the joints and muscles. Joint and muscle inflammation problems always present themselves to body builders and athletes especially after working out or training hard. This is why it is beneficial to drink a supplement loaded with omega 3 fatty acids. These fatty acids help repair damaged joints and muscles and lessen inflammation.

Benefit #2: Fusion Omega-Oil may help increase insulin response. Insulin actually plays a major role in protein synthesis. With its help, the body can convert amino acids into proteins. Proteins act as fuel to muscle cells and tissues. With more proteins in the system, you can grow muscles more efficiently. You can try using this supplement to aid the system in engaging insulin in muscle activities.

Benefit #3: Fusion Omega-Oil may help improve the results of your workout. Omega 3 fatty acids practically clear the pathway for you so you can get more intense workout without the usual problems. This can also help provide you with more energy so you are less likely to feel droopy and exhausted easily.

Benefit #4: Fusion Omega-Oil helps torch fats. These fatty acids speed up the body’s intrinsic ability of burning fats. These collected fat deposits will be burned and converted into energy. With its help, you can detoxify your body and get rid of fats accumulating in the thighs, arms and stomach. Furthermore, reducing fats can also make way for the appearance of harder muscles.

Benefit #5: Fusion Omega-Oil can help improve brain functions. This is actually the most important role of omega 3 fatty acids in the system. They improve the functions of neurotransmitters to prevent you from suffering from neurological problems. Also, it helps you sidestep problems such as dementia and depression. It helps normalize mood and improves your concentration and focus.

Benefit #6: Fusion Omega-Oil keeps your muscles protected from damages. There are lots of muscle catalysts in the body. Cortisol is one of them. This is an agent that eats up existing muscle tissues. You can use this supplement loaded with essential fatty acids to prevent these agents from damaging muscles.

Fusion Omega-Oil has lots of promising benefits. This sports and health supplement works in reducing inflammation so you can alleviate discomforts common after working out. It also helps improve insulin response to improve protein synthesis. You can improve the results of your workout with its help. This may even work in supporting fat loss and converting fats into energy. The omega 3 fatty acids here may also help in improving brain functions. And for a good way of protecting muscles from damages, you might want to try Fusion Omega-Oil.
