1. What is your Return Policy?
Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of unopened packages within 60 days of the sale date and issue a full refund. If you have used the product and want to return it, no worries! For instances of opened product we provide store credit. We will also gladly accept returns and issue a refund if the product you received from Vitamart.ca is expired
2. How to Return a Product?
Return shipping is easy! To return any item(s), simply contact our Customer Care Center via the Contact Us page. We will then provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which you will attach to the box before you ship it. Returns sent to Vitamart.ca without a RAN will not be authorized. Once your return is received at our processing center, you will receive a full refund of the specific products.
3. How do I Pack and Send my Return?
The box the items were originally shipped in can be reused if the sizing is appropriate. Simply write the Returtn Authorization Number you have been provided clearly on the outside of the box. Determing what shipping method you want to use. Give the package to your Canada Post driver or drop off at any Canada Post drop-off location/mailbox.
