Q3: How and when should calcium be taken for optimal results?
A3: In order for your body to use the calcium you give it, it must be easily absorbed. Taking your calcium supplement with food will ensure that it is absorbed. Instead of taking all of your calcium at one time, plan on taking it regularly throughout the day. Taking 500mg or less of calcium at one time will ensure good absorption.
